Appointment times vary by breed, coat condition, and services selected. Most dogs take between 1.5 to 3 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you book and text you when your pet is nearly ready for pickup.

Yes, for the safety of all pets in our salon we require proof of current Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella vaccinations. Please bring a copy on your first visit or email records in advance.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand life happens — just communicate with us and we'll work with you.

Yes! We offer cat grooming services including baths, lion cuts, de-shedding, nail trims, and sanitary trims. Our cat sessions are always scheduled separately from dog appointments to ensure a calm, low-stress environment.
